Maybe, but I do think it's kind of cool/interesting to hear what the visiting NBA players do when they come to OKC. I've heard funny stories of Iverson and Adam Morrison playing blackjack at Riverwind on random Tuesday nights. The fact that this city has NBA athletes out in public reguarly nearly every night of the week for half the year--even if at a Waffle house--is "news," I think.

Metro, you can call this lame but I know if lilwayne said he saw Kobe eating at RedPrime I would have heard you from my house pounding on your keyboard writing a post about how Kobe is so cool, RedPrime and Tuck are the best, and then maybe suggest Kobe go to LifeChurch if he gets the chance.

I am going to agree with metro on this one. Then again I am not the type of person to become star struck. People are people. It does not matter if you are a celebrity, the bag boy or the checkout girl your equally the same to me.

The only difference between me and Kobe is his paycheck. If I saw him somewhere, I am not going to run up to him and wet myself asking for his autograph. I would let the man enjoy his time doing whatever he was doing. Famous people have a right to function in society just like the rest of us. That is why I leave them alone when I see them.
