I agree with dmoor82 on these one.. Nobody should put on a front, or as some say, put on your "howdy face".. Just be yourself and drive the way you drive. We already have the reputation of being friendly people, no need to push the issue. How about we change the topic to "Men's NCAA 1st and 2nd round".. Everyone can figure out for themselves to go downtown and soak in the atmosphere or stay home and watch it on TV, which ever they choose... Let's not go downtown and just put on a front.

^^^ I agree Corpsman!that everyone should drive that way,but it's never gonna happen!Drive anywhere at anytime and you will see 1-2 people who are wreckless and plain STUPID!not to mention The people who insist on going 80+ in a 60MPH zone,I see it everyday,and it's never gonna stop!just watch out for these people as much as possible!

Exactly! If your not already doing that, then don't. I'm a 25 yr. old male from OKC and have never used the word howdy.. I've heard people say it before but never from people in OKC/MWC/Moore/Norman/Edmond/Yukon... I mainly hear it from people in small towns Blackwell/Durant/Ada/Enid/Alva/Okmulgee. I'm not saying you shouldn't say it, I personally just think it sounds like a hick or old school cowboy... More power to you, but it's not my thing, i guess. It just sounds ridiculous.

It really pisses me off when people go 55mph in the fast lane when the speed limit is 65mph... then they have 6 cars bumper to bumper lined up behind them because they can't check their mirrors to get over.
