    I worked at the May&Grand store in the early/mid 80's. It was formerly the Lakeside Theater. Part of the screen and speakers were still on the wall above the ceiling in the classical department.

    LakeSIDE, that's right! LakeWOOD is here in Dallas. Duh, Rick. May & Grand, yep, that's the one. If you worked there in mid '80s I may have bought my New Order and XTC albums from you!

    Cherry's (Frank Cherry) sold out his entire business in 2002, I had first shot at it but wanted out, it's been merged with "Speedy Delivery Service" !! Still going strong under a diffferent name......................
