Was I the only one that noticed Mike Morgasim physically quivering while talking about the blizzard? I bellied laughed when he started talking about the Governor should declare a State of Emergency and call on the Army to use HUMVEEs to rescue people. The only dramatic effect missing was the Sopa Opra closeup and background music. The HUMVEE is good, but I would have not been out in anything less than a HEMTT or 5-Ton truck.

HEMTT (i forgot what that acronym actually stands for) is a lot of fun, i used to drive fuel tankers and ammo trucks in the army. One bad ass vehicle!

I can't blame these guys for getting excited when events like this come up. Its like the 1999 tornado for Gary England. These are events that can be once in a lifetime and sometimes when they happen, they get very little time to prepare. They can make or break careers. Its not like calling a touchdown in a football game, another 1999 tornado (hopefully) or a somewhat surprise Christmas Eve blizzard may never happen again. This is the type of thing they dream about when they are in school and it actually happened on Christmas Eve.

I occasionally love my name, too. Sometimes a couple of times an evening.
