AMEN - this has got to be the worst apartment copmlex in MWC. They were crap when they were built, and they continue to be crap. Too bad you can't close a complex based on their crime statistics.

Yep, sure would be nice if they would kristie manor the place. But I have a feeling the city doesn't give a rat's ass, they're too busy with the 29th street developement. They probably haven't thought of doing anything north of 15th street in years.

They shut down Scot and I40 also.

i dont know if anyone at del city was tracking how much money it cost to shut down those apartments, but i bet it was an awful lot. worth it, no doubt. too bad the scum investor cant be made to pay for it. maybe they should leave one building standing and make him and his family live inside for a year.
