Really? I'm not doubting you since I have no knowledge of the raw foods business, but if that's true, it seems like getting in the raw foods restaurant business would be a great idea. They've been open for about ten minutes and are suddenly the best in the world. Glad we have them I guess.

From what I recall, it's the only raw food academy at least in the country, so it's not like it has a lot of competition for being the most respected.
