Cops are crooked, that part isn't surprising at all. I think these particular pigs are used to getting away with it (that judge is a push-over.) They're so brazen about it. UGH.

The court deputy works for Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
I used to respect him, but he's gotta nutty the last few years.
I think he's believing his own press.
