Another news anchor retires

ABC announced tonight that Peter Jennings has retired. His retirement was not unexpected because he had lung cancer.

Jennings will report to the same news agency that has graced David Brinkley, Chet Huntley, and others. That being the braodcast center of Heaven.

In short, Jennings has died.

May he rest in peace.
