Mine was the hand painted navy blue Toyota Corolla a kid next door to me in Denver had that had vulgar anti-Bush slogans hand-painted on the side that sat in the street every night as I was trying to sell my house. The homeowners association didn't have the backbone to cite the kid's dad for violations of the association bylaws so I had to have a certified letter from an attorney sent to both the association and to the dad to force them to remove the car.

honestly, pretty much any car that has came out in the last 10 years is pretty much "beautiful" because fashion-conscious american consumers demand that their vehicles look that way.

aero-dynamics aside, the way car manufacturers toil away countless hours drumming up ideas to design everything from the shapes of headlights, grills, taillights, console panels, and everything else in between is all due to strict demand by the american consumer who thinks the roads are a fashion show.

if we werent so darn fashion-conscious, cars would look far uglier than the scions, edges, cubes, and any other box shaped vehicle youre referring to.

not everyone drives a japanese car for reliability, some demand fashion and a certain level self-imposed prestige status, so came the advent of many luxury brands by nissan with their infiniti, toyota with their lexus, and honda with their acura to satisfy the insatiable automotive fetish of americans who relentlessly demand more in what they drive (and not just under the hood).

The AMC Matador was not exactly easy on the eyes either.

I can't, for the life of me, remember where I saw it. But there was a chicken car somewhere here in the state. I want to say I saw it parked by a restaurant S of Enid, but it very well could have been here in OKC, or somewhere in NW Oklahoma. It was pretty strange. After I passed it, I considered going back by to take a picture, but decided against it. I wish I would have now.

Ive seen that one on the Broadway Extension. I start laughing when I see it. Looks like a strong gust of wind could tip it over.
