Ground clearing near 9800 S. Western??

Just noticed that a lot of the vacant land just south of Brookwood Village Apt. complex is being cleared; the sign says "Sold," but nothing is given about what is going in there. Anyone know?

I know nothing with certainty, but I was told (and mentioned in another thread) that a Q'doba grille is supposed to be going in that very area. Don't know if this is connected; do know that they normally locate in existing strip-mall type locations, so that's probably a negative....but I continue hoping
