Thread: Question: New tenant coming to Bricktown?

Default Question: New tenant coming to Bricktown?

I was driving the scooter around Downtown this weekend and noticed a new remodel/retail buildout at the Corner of Oklahoma and California, just across from the Kingman Bldg on the other side of the canal. They remodeled the corner of that building (I think it's Oklahoma Hardware Bldg.) into a mainly window front that wraps around the corner. Does anyone know if a tenant has been announced for that space yet? I don't think I've heard anything on this.

I addressed this in my story Saturday: the Brewer sons are among a group of property owners improving the appearance of their buildings. The Brewers also have started to remove old wads of chewing gum from the brick. They have no tenant planned at the moment. Similar situation for the building that is home to the Melting Pot.

Speaking of the Melting Pot. Who do we talk to about the plastic flowers they have out front? I understand that in our summer heat, it's hard to take care of some container plants, but going the plastic route - while it does add color - is just tacky!

There could be some changes on a more extensive scale regarding this FritterGirl. Bricktown is hoping to accomplish a lot more with the upcoming renewal of the business improvement district. Wouldn't it be great if the landscaping outside Nonna's was the standard instead of the exception?

Good! Once they are done with that task, they can begin removing all the rainbow colored gumwads from the various trees that line the waiting line entrances to the water rides at Frontier City.

What? You mean you don't want to be like SEATTLE? Think of the tourism possibilities!

Does anyone know where Lit Lifestyles went? They seemed to have disappeared over night. They were next to Starbucks in front of the movie theatre.

If you look at the second post, you can see that it closed sometime in late June, early July.
