Thread: Classen Curve Update (w/pics)

    Default Classen Curve Update (w/pics)

I took a jaunt around the Classen Curve project site (June 24) and posted pics of the sojourn on my new website, www.OKCREview.com.

Please give it a look. Thanks.

    Thanks Ben!

I really like the tall glass store fronts.

Were there any other signs besides 105 Degrees? Any of the spaces look like they were being built out?

Per their website, 105 Degrees is the only lease that has been finalized. At least at the time of the last site update that seems to have been the case. Maybe the rest of the shops are a secret.

That was the only signage and it was just a cheap banner, a type of placeholder I guess to mark their spot. No other spaces being built out just yet that I could see.

If you look at the layout and the square footages, you'll see they are all set up for smaller businesses; one building has 14,000 square feet but the rest are much smaller.

They are also very shallow, about 60 feet in depth for the most part.

Balliet's currently occupies 12,000 square feet at 50 Penn. Full Circle has about 7,000.
