Questions about the neighborhood

I am looking at buying a new house and I had some questions about the neighborhood. The house is off of 122nd & May ave. on Indian Creek ct. So if anybody has lived in or around this area and have any comment, good or bad, please share.

Most of the entire square mile is comprised of apts/townhouses/etc (besides retail). Don't know if the home value will necessarily increase (or re-sell as fast) as would a home in a more single family area.

Lots of rentals and apts. and the area seems to have a lot of crime from what I remember.

My family lives in a house in this neighborhood 3 years and have never had any trouble with safety or crime.

Thanks for the link, but it's not current. A guy was murdered a few blocks from me about a month ago. Any idea how often this database is updated?

I grew up in Camelot and Quail Creek which are on the other three corners of that intersection. The residential areas were nice in Camelot and QC, but even 20 years ago I don't think the area you are mentioning was very desirable.
