    In chronological order, from most recent to oldest, is a compilation of Oklahoma City's most recent accolades. To spare bandwidth limitations, I'm only including articles from present day to 2008. Yup, that's how much publicity Oklahoma City has received in just over a year.

    That's a great find, also. Thanks for the addition. While there were a few articles I omitted from inclusion on the list, I'd love for everyone to post articles they feel paint OKC in a bright light. As a compilation of accolades, this thread could become a referencing point for OKCTalk members who wish to cite articles to back up their optimistic assertions.

    These two are dated incorrectly. These should be 2008 rather than 2009.

    I guess I was just "going through the motions" and not really paying much attention to the year. That's a good catch. Perhaps, the moderators can do some editorial work on my behalf; it wouldn't be the first time.

    There was one about the NBA in OKC, but I decided not to post it because it seemed to subjective. I'm not against subjective evaluations of a city; I just feel numbers hold more weight and add a little extra credibility to the article.
