Talk about a SLOP joint, Underwoods was a dirty nasty cafeteria style bar-b-que which went broke for lack of business!! You need to go back and eat at El Charitto's and have some REAL food!!

Yeah right, you need to put down the crack pipe and then maybe you will remember just how GOOD Underwoods was.

Excuse me if this has been mentioned before, but I think the lady who owns the Adobe Grill is the daughter of one of the muckity mucks at El Charrito. That is a quote from my husband, because he cannot remember the exact relationship. She was also the person who originally started Cocina de Mino. I end this with a big "I THINK".

Someone once asked me what I thought of Underwood's BBQ. My reply was,
"that was BBQ?" I just thought it was just a mediocre to bad restaurant.
After finding out it was supposed to be BBQ I changed my mind and called it a
terrible place for BBQ. This was the place on SW 59th.

I'm not joking. I never returned. I thought they made going to Crockett's
    sound like a good idea.

    Crockett's, Crockett's,
    Mighty bad BBQ.
