If you are not aware, she is the PFC who was charged with abusing POW's.

PFC England pled guilty and was to have a hearing to determain sentence. The judge disallowed the guilt plea because he heard no evidence pointing toward the PFC knowing she was committing a crime. So, it looks as if she will go on trial.

What do you think of this? Is the judge being fair?

I only hope I have that fiar of a judge if I am ever charged with a crime.
