i'm pretty sure i did watch the OSU game that night, the bowl game right?

we have big screen LCD TV and satellite and watch all sorts of things on it? why can't a coffee house watch sports? only smokey bars are allowed to?

we also watch movies sometimes, or tv, or music, whatever. we are flexible.

UPDATE: Construction is done. Two nearby starbucks are now out of business. Business is going great, come by and check us out Monday to Saturday 6am to 9pm (wed we close a 6pm). We also have a drive-thru if you are in a hurry.

Do you serve soft drinks for those non-coffee drinkers that like the coffee house atmosphere?

    Coke or Pepsi?

  5. Default Re: Vintage Coffee - 150th & Western

^ They have 20 oz. Coke products. They have hot cocoa. You can have their signature "Smooffee" without espresso. Also, they have a wide assortment of pastries.

The non-coffee drinker is well taken care of there.

  6. Default Re: Vintage Coffee - 150th & Western

    other non-coffee drinks

    hot "No-Joe" : like a latte w/o coffee
cold "No-Joe" : like an italian cream soda
hot apple cider: caramel or cinnamon are some good flavors for this one
hot or cold fresh brewed teas: black, red, green or spicy chai
hot or cold chai tea latte

also, we can turn any drink we sell into an energy drink (like a red bull) for only $0.75 more.

we are open for any other non-coffee ideas you may have.

I live a little north of there and usually stop whenever I need to pick up one of the kids at Summitt MS. Staff is always very friendly and the coffee is great.

I really miss going to Vintage Coffee. Can't wait to come in when I get home!!

I stopped in there one afternoon, and really liked it! It was better than Starbucks. I think I ended up getting a Late with vanilla.

I hope they're better than Starbuck's. While Starbuck's has incredible
marketing skills, I'm not a fan of them.

I believe they burn their beans. Their City roast is almost an Espresso roast.

  13. Default Re: Vintage Coffee - 150th & Western

    no burned beans here.
even our espresso has a nice full flavor w/o being burnt and bitter.

we brew coffee that people actually like, not the kind you have to grow to tolerate like bitter medicine.

i say AT LEAST because nearly any night we'll stay open if people are hanging out, spending money and having fun.

Too bad you're miles out of my area. I'm rarely out there.

The one thing I don't like about most coffee shops is that they don't use
    enough coffee.

Too little coffee + too much water = bitter coffee.

I asked my brother about your place (he lives in Edmond). Said he drove by to check it out once, but it was closed at the moment. He loves coffee and said he'll be by again. I'm looking forward to trying it as well; my family loves coffee!
