Yes, this will probably have to be the long term solution, as we'll never stop maintaining the transit systems so we'll always need funding. I think they are looking at using MAPS 3 as a springboard to get some more immediate funding, and then we'll see the creation of maybe a 2-county 1/2 penny tax to maintain and grow the system.
