2008 Vote Heisman Presented by Nissan
Done! GO BRADFORD GO!
I voted on this yesterday, then again today. Right now hes in 5th place. Apparently the folks in Missouri are still thinking Chase is the best QB in the Big XII. LOL...maybe that $50,000 MU is spending to promote Daniels for the heisman is being paid to citizens to vote for him. GO SAM!!
Better check into ACORN's role behind Daniel's campaign
Why? Why not vote for an Oklahoman candidate that has a chance. Now, say the Pokes win out, then he might, otherwise probably not going to receive near enough votes.
Looks like there are a lot of Javon Ringer fans voting now.
Don't forget to keep voting, you can vote once per day per computer. Go support Bradford!
I'm all about Graham Harrell. That was a beautiful game this weekend.
I actually hope he doesn't win it...Believe that would seal the deal for him jumping to the NFL next year
W/o him winning I still say it's likely he jets...Crap QB draft class this year and we all know the NFL is desperate for some quality QB's
Hopefully my Dolphins will pick him
If that's the case, I'm with you. These guys need to finish college first. It's not so easy to go back later if for some reason the football career doesn't pan out.
Yeah but $50 something million in guaranteed money? With that kind of money, no need to go back to school ever.
Is that how it works? They get $50 million just for signing? What happens if they get hurt during pre-season practice and never step foot on the field during a real game? Do they get to keep the $50 million?
VOTE EVERY DAY FOLKS! After that Texas Tech game, Bradford deserves it.
It appears to allow multiple votes...so vote for Bradford 10 times every day.
I'm not sure how that works. I'm guessing its only guaranteed as long as there is a contract.
Bradford has jumped Harrell. If you go to espn.com, you'll see he's on the button that links the pages. He's third in the standings, for that single vote.
There are a lot more voters in Texas than in Oklahoma, and it looks like they're bumping him up.
Sam joined the Airborne tonight. You know the view of that touchdown attempt will have a positive impact. They won't be able to downgrade him as just a 'pocket quaterback' anymore.
go vote!
How much of a large dollar contract a pro athlete newbie keeps if they get hurt early on is dependent on the terms of that player's contract. It's going to be written in how much is a signing bonus, how much each year, any incentive payments, etc.
I don't follow pro sports very much, but if memory is accurate, Brian Bosworth had contract terms that were far more favorable to him than to the Seattle franchise that signed him.
