Question about the area of Utica Square

So I went to Tulsa on Sunday to go to Restoration Hardware at Utica Square at 21st and Utica. What is the large spanish inspired building to the south of Utica Square? I believe they're residential, but not completely sure. Any help would be much appreciated.
