Outlet Mall Coming?? JCPenny Store??

I have been hearing a rumor that we are going to have an outlet mall soon. Not sure if it is going to be around westpoint construction or maybe more towards the city (council rd and I40??).
Does anyone know what the real deal is??
Also, what happened to JCP?? Is something else going in there??

i think they are supposed to start construction this fall and be finished next summer.

I work for a construction company, We do work for the company that owns the land right across form the lucent building and that is were it is going to be built at.
