Thread: Bricktown on a Friday Night

  1. Default Bricktown on a Friday Night

I went to Bricktown Friday night to see The Strangers, which by the way was great, and I decided to take some pictures of Lower Bricktown and Bricktown Proper. Bricktown was packed. It was a great night in BT. Too bad most of my pictures didn't capture that. Talk that Bricktown is dying is straight out ridiculous. It may be slowing down, but its still thriving. I wish my pictures would have captured the great energy because they give what I saw no justice. =/

Great pics.. it never ceases to amaze me how clean and well kept our city is compared to others I've visited.

    Very nice, thanks for sharing!

Tremendous pictures - THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I haven't been to Bricktown in 8 years. EIGHT! We'll be back in town later this month and I can't wait to stroll down there to take a look.

i don't think its dying, i go all the time, the other night bedlam was goin on, something at the ford center was happening the Wormy dog was hosting the spring jam with randy rogers band and so many other things were happening... it took us about 40 minutes to find a parking place, and that was at the big next too the skirvin.... we went to see a movie and when i got done we went to the bricktown brewrey which was pretty busy.... bricktown is alive and well if u ask me

Very nice. I can't believe how much the canal landscaping has really filled out this year... those trees are getting big.
