Triathlon in El Reno

In today's Mustang paper there is an article about the Route 66 Triathlon at lake El Reno this week end. No contact information, but it sounds like fun if you are into that kind of stuff, i'm about 100 lbs over the limit myself. It said there are people from all over the U.S. going to be there, even Hawaii. Still time to register if interested.

Faith, you should go watch. The Redman in September at Lake Hefner is another good race.

And to get started in the sport, you should joing OKC-TRI (it's very inexpensive) and they can help you find a bike. Most the time in these tri clubs there are people upgrading their equipment and selling slightly used bikes pretty cheap.
