With gas prices like they are, I was wondering if anyone from Edmond had looked into this.
There is an express bus that goes straight from Southern Hills church to Park & Robinson downtown in the mornings. I may give it a try. Just wondering!

How do you get home? Or should I just assume it comes back around 5pm?
Yeah...unfortunately to ride back, you have to catch the bus at a slightly different location (the transfer station, near as I can tell). Also the first bus coming back leaves at like 4:24 or something silly, which would be 6 minutes before I get off work, which makes that part a little useless...
Is there just the one from Edmond?
There are several runs from Norman to OKC, but none are late enough return to make it practical for me to ride regularly.
Does work out well if we plan on being in the city late though. I can ride in and instead of going back for her or ending up with 2 cars in OKCF, she can gather me at the end of the day.
Yes, theres an express bus from Edmond...route 37 I believe....
I think the City of Edmond should use their dumb trolley that drives around Edmond empty to take citizens to work ...
I'd love a bus ride from Edmond to the State Capitol. Does a route exist?
Bump...no one interested in carpooling from Edmond to Downtown?
I'd sure be up for it if I worked downtown. That's about 30-40 miles roundtrip...
The time it takes to get to work by bus in a big negative. I would need to get up about 1.5 hrs earlier to catch the Edmond Express bus at Southern Hills to downtown. Then catch another bus to get to Baptist. Same scenario going home.
Bus costs about $4.50 roundtrip.
I guess the best answer is carpooling then...would love to carpool with someone. I'm in west(ish) Edmond and go smack dab downtown
