Registration guidelines and entry forms are available online at www.deadcenterfilm.org.

The event was recently named one of the top regional festivals in "The Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide." This year's festival is expanding with the developments in downtown Oklahoma City. In addition to the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, Stage Center, the Untitled ArtSpace and the IAO Gallery, the festival is working with the Bricktown Harkins Theater and the downtown library as new venues. Special screenings, parties and a panel series are scheduled.
