Yes. We really do need to start using this feature.
Most of us here are friends. At least I think so. And some I KNOW are. Personally, I trust the judgement of most people on this site, and at times want an opinion. So, I personally would like to go to the review area and look.
It can be for any business. Maybe you will save someone from being hosed, or save them money.
