Praire Thunder Baking Company coming to Plaza Court

I was eating at Irmas II today and Praire Thunder was handing out loaves of their bread. The sample I had was incredible. They said they would be happen in about 2 weeks. They are working through their recipes to make sure they have everything right before opening. I'm going back tomorrow to see if I can get another sample.

I was given a tour of this place a couple of weeks ago...Amazing!!! Next time you are in there, ask to take a look at his oven. I think he will do well.

I remember walking by the place back in July and thinking it would only be a few weeks from opening...Looking in it looks like everything is good to go. I heard the holdup is some sort of health ordinance given by the city...I guess they serve their bread in a unique way and it has to be approved first..
