I know this is an old thread, but with all the new fast food spots coming to town maybe we'll finally get one.

What's so special about this fastfood franchise? I hope they don't come here for at least 5 years since I still haven't found the time to try the other 108 fastfood spots in OKC!

It's special in that it's from the Philippines and offers dishes that are unique to the Philippines, such as the "Fiesta Noodles" and Filipino Spaghetti. Their chicken was also rated the top fast food chicken by USA Today. https://10best.usatoday.com/awards/t...-chicken-2024/

yes, and it will be nice if they could open a location or two in OKC. Nice to have options and JB is actually quite good.

I’ve never actually ate it in America but the times I have ate it in Asia it’s always better than kfc and I’d argue better than Popeyes too. Especially with the gravy added too. I’m not sure about prices in the US but it’s probably pretty damn expensive

I don't remember the Dallas/ Plano location being pricy; we ended up trying a handful of items, not something I do when it is pricy. The chicken was pretty darn good, but it did not knock my socks off or create a big fan, it was good, but in line with other fast food chickens to me. The spaghetti was not for me, sweet and just meh.

I'd call this expensive. Good, but expensive.

    10pc Chicken Tenders

    $30.99

Anyway, hope OKC gets them soon. They are good.

https://www.nrn.com/restaurant-franc...am-in-the-u-s-. Who owns Dave's Hot Chicken, fuzzy's tacos. Is it the social order? Who would be a good fit for this?

When I pull up the Jollibee on Preston Rd in Plano it pulls up a 10 count as being $23.99 with a total calorie count of 2,430!

6-piece is $15.99. Fries and drink are not included.

A 6-piece combo at Cane's which includes fries, coleslaw, 2 sauces, and a drink is $16.99.

I would still try it. I don't eat a lot of fries so spending a little more for what may be better tenders would be fine with me.

Not calling you out as being wrong, Hot Rod. I was just in shock when I saw your post and had to look it up myself. Prices certainly may vary according to location.

haha, my pull was Seattle pricing. We're always overpriced here for everything. ...
