I’m closer to this project than anyone who posts on this board. I know the property management. One of my businesses is literally yards away. I walked through the site yesterday. I met the foreman. I still have zero understanding of the elapsed time on this project. That said, I’m excited for it.
I pass by it regularly and it has been moving so slow. Never a lot of crew working there. Just a couple of guys I feel.
It is taking forever
It is a very big space though and I’m excited about it !
They cannot possibly open until next spring at this point based on the concept. We would have to have an incredibly mild winter for it to not be a failure.
Sorry. Here’s the link;

They are hiring, so must be getting close.
Just in time for the cold weather.
They are hiring and are close to opening, but don't think they've set a date as of yet.
Note there is now a flat-bed truck that will serve as a stage and scores of foldable lawn chairs (stacked up north of the stage) in addition to a lot of permanent seating.
The indoor space itself is quite large, with a permanent kitchen.

I'd hope they wait until spring to open.
It looks really nice.
They were trying to get open this fall but when the schedule slipped I'm sure they decided just to wait until the weather was nicer.
I would guess March or April for opening.
If I read one more comment online comparing this to Blue Garten, I'm going to flip my lid.
This has taken ~~forever~~ but credit where credit is due, the end product is clearly going to be much sturdier than Bleu Garten ever was.
Bleu Garten was always a placeholder. This is intentional. This looks 100 times better thought out and executed. Should be very successful if operated well.
It looks like where the stage was supposed to go, that was changed to a video board, is now a flat bed truck.
Hopefully, they still incorporate live music. Looks like they at least do low key duos or one-man-and-his-guitar stuff at the one in Dallas, judging by some pics.
^^^^^^^^
They definitely intend to have live music, using the aforementioned truck bed as the stage
I'd open like March 13th in the run up to St Patricks day. Especially if we get lucky and its 74 no wind and sunshine.
They started hiring last fall and then had to restart that process all over again.
I'm sure that will play a big part in when they open.
I'm sure they'd love to have nice weather but they also have a big indoor space.
