Portland Express Mart at Portland & NW 36th has been sitting neglected for years. I think gas is listed at $1.34 a gal. I drove by today and saw that there is finally something going on with this property!

I saw the demolition permit but there doesn't seem to be any building permits.
Could be they are just demolishing to limit liability.
