Portable Toilets for the homeless.

A portable toilet has been placed on the the sidewalk near W Main St & N Walker. It this a new trend, or is the project expanding locations? Many large cities around the country are doing this to help the homeless.

If the city is going to do that, at least put the toilet in a discreet location so it is not an eyesore.

That makes sense. There are a lot of homeless that sleep in the area and even hang out there during the day. It doesn't seem like a bad idea though, just put them out of the general walk area's.
