Good chance the energy fc nickname will be gone.

Hopefully it won’t be replace with a run of the mill fake European touch like
Real OKC, OKC United, OKC city fc or others !

Almost every MLS and USL Championship team is named a run of the mill fake European touch. Some have even rebranded to such (KC Wizards > Sporting KC).

Not saying I agree with that aproach, but we should adjust expectations...

I like the "run of the mill" over the too cutesy fake creative names teams come up with. Sometimes simplicity is elegant. I think sometimes people try to be too cool.

That's some major dollars right there. I'm not sure we have a local group that can put that kind of cash together.
