What's great about Einsteins? We tried one in Denver area and were not impressed but maybe something we missed. How would their bagel compare to Old School or any other bagel place?

What WAS 'so great' about Einstein Brothers Bagels, was the fact that it was 1998. Now, it is a hard who cares situation.

EB is good. OB is good too, however OB is not "fantastic". When I lived in DFW, I would frequent EB and they were always busy. It is good we have another choice in OKC!

Einstein's will probably have bagels left 2 hours before closing, which Old School didn't, at both the Quail Creek and 23rd St. locations multiple times (they weren't completely out, but only had 3-4 kinds and only 1-2 of each and none were ones we really liked), so we eventually stopped trying.
