The site of the old Circle K that was empty has finally been sold.

Any idea on who took this one? I know it isn't Maz the Parking Spaz because this isn't near any prime location in the downtown area.

The sale hasn't yet hit the County Assessor site but I'm watching -- usually takes about a week.

Assessor shows ROGERS OIL CO as the owner. They own all of the Spin City Laundry locations here locally.

Drove by yesterday, no sold sign, and is still a weed infested site with the buildings looking quite dilapidated, and an eyesore. I am sure the homeless and vagrants have used those buildings for lodging. Very much a fire hazard too!

A demolition permit for the existing structure was just issued.
