We've been quite a few times and don't go anymore, despite them being within a block walking distance. One thing to know about Patty Wagon is that their buns are sweet Hawaiian-type buns. That's the primary reason we stopped going, but their sides aren't great, their chicken sandwich patty was super-thin last time I had it, and we've just eaten everything on their menu (and their specials usually make me go "Ew" instead of "Yum") and don't see a need to go back.

I think part of the misconception with 5 Guys' price is that they were on the very cheap side, but within a short time frame, their prices about doubled (or so). The others just started that high or just went up a little to get that high.

The patties at 5 guys are 3.3 ounces.

The patties at Patty Wagon are 6 ounces and the burgers at Tucker's and Spark are similar.

It's why they call it the "cheeseburger" at 5 Guys and not a "double cheeseburger". They are just taking a regular-sized patty and splitting it in two.

All this talk about burgers made me go get a burger tonight. We went to The Garage. We hadn't been there in a couple of years. We thought the burgers were good, More of a smash burger. The fries could have been a little fresher but we got out for $20 and some change. 1 cheeseburger, 1 avocado bacon burger, split 1 order of fries and 2 waters.

Brakes Plus well along. There is one more skinny lot directly south.

Comfort Dental is open as is Floyd's Barbershop between Starbucks and Five Guys. Work has yet to start on Taco Casa.
