Def depends on the cube farm. Some of those cut rate telemarketing companies in old K-mart spaces sure would be like a Joe-and-The-Volcano dungeon. Most corporate cube farms are pretty decent.
You would think they might invest into some covered parking for quality of life for their employees and some protection against the spring and fall hail we tend to get. Instead, the vehicles get to bake in the sun and get beaten by hail every year.
Are there plans either by OTA or the City of OKC to improve the intersection and overall access at Rockwell and Memorial? Even from the picture above (lower right corner), when Paycom doesn't look too busy, traffic consistently gets backed up on the turnpike from the exit ramp, creating quite a hazard, multiple times a day when you are at a dead stop in the right lane that is backed up from the stop light, past the exit ramp, and semi's flying past at 70 mph in the left hand lane.
