I was walking by the water tower on Robinson and flood / James Garner avenue and I noticed that there is equipment on the top of the tower that might be indicating they are about to be painting it. Does anyone know if it's going to be the old generic lettering being repainted like they did with the one near normal regional a couple years ago or is there actually a design to some extent going to be throwing on the tower
