This site shows a massive development of a neighborhood just west of Downtown Edmond. Did anyone else know about this?

The pictured few have been there for over a year with another several already sold. They’re buying old properties and putting “future main street home” signs and building many, many more in all the other blocks in every other way in this area.

This past weekend was the last chance but they showcased several with the Parade of Homes. Pricing were a bit of a shock but cheaper than the Lark and some have fully independent livable ADUs that would be rentable or perfect for return to home adult children OR curbing retirement facility costs and having an elderly family member live near. Very glad Edmond rethought zoning laws.

Since we already live in a similar development nearby we were curious to see inside some of the newer ones. Very excited about Townsend, Ember and the Lark adding on to the “urban core” - basically from boulevard west to Kelly will be once these developments plus the apartments finish.
