Dirt is moving on Morgan Rd and SW 29th next to Casey’s . I know it’s PUD 1128 and called The Hub. The sign for the development says drive through available. Does anyone know what this will be or what will it look like?

There is a development on SW 29th St. and Morgan. Pud-1128 “The Hub on Morgan”. Does anyone know what this will be? Dirt is moving next to Casey’s.

It will be a strip center; doesn't look like they have any tenants as of yet.

The other post I accidentally created has a comment with a McDonalds by Casey’s. I can confirm that bc I talked to the person opening it.

This group has also purchased land, and obtained a construction permit for a similar development at Piedmont Road and NW Expressway. The Piedmont road one is slightly smaller, but likely very similar.
