St. Anthony's Parking Garage Coins?

Does anyone remember using these and/or know how old they might be? I was digging up my flower bed in Putnam Heights neighborhood and found this coin in there. Thanks!

I worked there in '77 and 78. The parking garage gave you one after you paid to get out of the garage.

They still had those in'80-'81 when dad was in St Anthony. Mom used them. The staff gave them to her for the most part. Us kids parked on the street most of the time.
