Great for naan bread as well, which is one of my all-time favorite things and something that is nearly impossible to make at home without a super-hot oven.

Hope you take advantage of Sheesh Mahal and all their varieties of naan (and other) bread since you can walk there, we're partial to the garlic naan.

I have been intrigued with the pizza ovens but didn't think we would use it much. Didn't think of other uses. Which model do you have? Is it indoors or out?

i have the model that is now called the Koda gas powered and outside (i keep in under my patio roof even during use with no issue .. you can put your hand underneath the oven during use with no heat issue)

i didn't pick mine out .. if i had i would have picked the duel fuel one and bought the gas burner attachment just to have those other options ..

they now sell a larger one as well .

we make pizza maybe once a month ...

but i use it to sear steaks and chops at 900 degrees (with a cast iron plate) at least once a week and often more .. and 2 or 3 times a month i turn the temp down and do fish and veggies ..

if you get one for sure buy some 900 degree gloves it makes it very easy to pull out the cast iron plate and turn it with out having to use tongs

Their Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 3pm - 6pm.
