This has come a long way, and will only get better. so excited for what it means for OKC, and for the areas surrounding OAK. Can't wait for the announcements of all the new shops and restaurants.
After seeing what the development is modeled after, it is super exciting to see it come to fruition.

I still do not know why my responses to this are getting deleted, but this comment itself isn't getting deleted... my first was in the exact same style with math included.

this is a really good point ... what a waste of a site if it was just a starbucks in between to retail buildings ... (restaurant or not)

So there's going to be surface level parking for now where the office tower is planned? Am I seeing that correctly?

Temporarily. That's always been the plan.

The OAK features more than $2 million on the art which includes the sculpture "Cloud Trees" and "Cloud Puncher," seen in this video.--credit Tony Gaeddert.

The Citizen Tower tour by Tony Gaeddert is one of the best I've seen.

Take a look if your haven't already.

is there a concept going in that pavilion or will it just be a common area?

I can only hope for all future development in the OKC metro to be on this level. Not realistic probably, but something that will hopefully become the norm much like the redevelopment of First National set a new benchmark.

They are already doing a fantastic job with the landscaping.

It's hard to appreciate it until you see it up close and personal, but they have already planted dozens of big trees and hundreds of shrubs.

This development is going to be so nice; will be unlike anything else in the state.

It's great they are planting such large trees in this development. It looks great.
And it looks like they still have about a dozen more on location that just havent been planted yet!

They are really just getting started with the landscaping.

It's hard to believe they are going to have businesses open in just 3 months.

The metal sculpture that is located at the northeast corner of Capital Grill has been unveiled. It is of an oak twig with leaves and an acorn much like the logo that is shown in the above video.

Not sure if it was posted or not, but looking at the website and the "Find your home" section, they all say available September 30th. Just a few months away.
