    agreed... 'pasteur flats' seemed like it was straight from the fallout game series.

    All the units are either very small 1-bed or studios. Rates are $895 to $1,050.

    Is it just me or are rent prices beginning to flatten or even go down?

    I pay $850 for my Paseo quadplex apartment and its been that for 2 years. (Shoutout to my local owner/landlord)

    Pete, it looks like this property was purchased back in 2014 as a multi-parcel purchase which also included the property to the east of the parking garage on the SW/C of 11th and Lee. Do you know if there are any plans to do something similar here? It's only 50 feet deep and 180 feet long, so that's a small area.

    The owners have been planning a renovation to the Pasteur Building itself, but thus far little has been done.
