I watched the March 5, OTA Board Meeting they said the I-344 & I-335 signs go up in April or May why are they not up by now?

Google Maps has them marked. It must be confusing if Google tells you to take I-344 but there is no signage yet.
Driving by today, the 344 signs are up on Western directing towards the east and west ramps. The old turnpike logos are gone. The new signs consist of the shield with a yellow toll sign and direction.
Also drove down Pennsylvania and that street still has the old signs, so they have started the transition but are not finished yet.
They were replacing signage along Kilpatrick at MacArthur and Rockwell this afternoon.
Returned from Tulsa yesterday, I-335 medallions had been placed on all signs at the junction of I-335 and I-44. On the Kilpatrick, two I-344 sign posts has been placed between I-35 and the Broadway extension.
Those two signs are a little bit crooked. Would it not have killed them to make them lineup straight?
Has ODOT or the OTA really ever been focused on quality?
The I240 extension is still not signed
It would track. The signage in this state is abysmal - cheap, haphazard, poorly designed, manufactured, and executed.
Good catch. Since this is OTA, I suspect this was more of a quick implementation thing, and they eventually plan on going back and fixing it right.
