Are they still building the 60,000 sqft office down the street?

They bought the property but there has been no movement thus far (went by today).

I notice they seem to be having issues with vagrants and homeless people breaking into the buildings. The back of those buildings are boarded up with plywood to keep people from trespassing. It seems the new owners should/ would take action on demolishing these buildings as they are becoming an eye sore and possible liability loss issues. They are becoming an eyesore!
