Edmond to build a new combination library and YMCA on East side

I wish they would improve bike/pedestrian access to this site and the Arcadia Trails as part of this project or the redo of the service roads. I live less than a mile from this site and the Arcadia trailhead, and I have to drive to both because there is no safe way to run/walk/bike to either. Same with Wal-Mart, etc.

I’ll have to find the article. But I think that’s the plan but they are waiting on ODOT plans for access roads and such before doing anything.
