From the looks of the current state of construction, it seems good progress has been made on the hotel, Arhaus, Capital Grille, Pottery Barn and Tommy Bahama (both restaurant and store). All should all be in good shape to open this fall, along with the at least the north section of apartments.
No real work has commenced on William Sonoma, Messero, Blue Mercury, or any other tenants apart from RH Gallery which won't be ready until 2025.
Many of the fences are now down as they start to put in the streets and sidewalks.

The GM at the Lively Hotel posted a photo of their crew at Lively Beerworks and discussed a partnership. Seems like a good idea.
Looks like they have now started building out Williams Sonoma and Blue Mercury. Roads are going in. Both Tommy Bahama store and restaurant are moving fast.
Crossings Mayfair is a smart collaboration that is within walking distance for future tenants of the OAK apartment complex.

Those look really nice, exactly what you'd expect for this area.
First move-ins are scheduled for late August.
This whole development is going to fly from here on in, as they are working furiously to get many of the businesses open ASAP and most by this fall.
