We actually started at Charter National, but definitely did some of our daily banking at Stockyards once they were both under the UMB umbrella. The commercial relationship with Charter vs UMB was night and day.

Great video, as always! Your video shows the smaller porthole-style windows are not all lined up like in the renderings. Was this a mistake the construction crew made? That first row is higher than the other rows.

    Awesome, thank you so much.

The first tenants should start to move in this summer and most will be in before the end of the year.

As far as I know, they have yet to lease the ground floor.

I had beers with the architect a couple of weeks ago, and asked about the round windows on the east-facing facade. He told me that it was a nod to the building's proximity to Automobile Alley and that they were a call-back to the porthole style windows that automobile manufacturers often used, especially on carriage-style tops, generations ago. I thought it was a nice touch. Although this didn't directly influence the design, I thought it was cool that it aligned with various efforts made in Automobile Alley when I was involved daily; round elements (district banners, stamped intersections, etc) were intentionally round to evoke automobile elements such as tires and steering wheels, and also the full-circle rebirth we were hoping to create.

The windows are correctly located according to this drawing of the east elevation:

Internal staircase and those offset windows are on the landings, perhaps? They do look exactly halfway between the line of the other windows.

I would love it if OKC built a couple more of these elsewhere in downtown.

On that note, Pete did we add this hotel too the list?
    Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
