Building permits survey.

I like to go on the census bureau website and look at the number of building permits being filed for OKC Metro, as well as the metro area I'm originally from in Ohio. For the first time that I can remember, quite possibly ever, over a thousand permits were filed in April. These are for houses all the way up to apartment buildings. Stores, warehouses, etc aren't counted.

Wow impressive! I assume that’s more than the previous months?? Any numbers to compare that latest figure with?

You can go on there, and look up a number of years in the past. You can look up info based on state, or metro area https://www.census.gov/construction/bps/index.html
