Zeck Ford was bought out by Seth Wadley. Supposedly going to put in a truck accessory store at this location beside I-35.
I was recently in the market for a new Ford and attempted to buy from them again (I say again, I bought my previous 2 from Patriot, same location) I quickly found out that they do things different from when they were Patriot and after being lied to a couple of times I went to Bob Moore Ford instead. While there negotiating with the manager I mentioned Zeck and how I tried to give them my business, but they didn't seem to want it. He told me that was for the best that they were going out of business due to how downhill the dealership has gone since it sold out originally. This was a month ago.
Take 5 oil change opened across from Walmart and Arby's has broken ground across from Walmart.
Main street is getting a makeover thanks to funding from ODOT.

Boom-a-rang diner is under construction on the North end of Purcell. Burrito Mico near Tractor Supply has closed.
There is a potential large development called Freedom Crossings planned for Purcell at I-35 and State Highway 59. This is South of Purcell proper, near Wayne, but within Purcell city limits. This is mentioned in this article https://www.purcellregister.com/stor...d-mayor,105914. The developer is See Development Corporation and this project is listed on their website at https://www.seecompanies.net/gallery.html but doesn't have any linked data yet.
^ this has been discussed for many years and will hopefully someday come to fruition. Not to just generate hype but this location would be perfect for a Buc-ee's

^ I believe this was formally known as Gateway Business Park and like I mentioned has been discussed for quite some time. https://www.greateroklahomacity.com/...l-development/
